Our client, a rapidly growing fund administrator based in Luxembourg. Requires a Senior Infrastructure Project Manager to work within the Infrastructure and Workstation department where you will be required to manage and coordinate one or more IT Infrastructure projects from the collection of requirements through to production. You will need to ensure the build to run and update and maintain internal documentation throughout the projects. You will be required to prioritise actions by identification of in-dependencies and risks whilst respecting the requirements of cost, deadlines and overall quality in the delivery. As part of the role you will manage the relationships with both internal and external stakeholders as well as preparing project and steering committees. During this assignment, you will play a key part in ensuring a high level of quality of the deliverables that are produced. You will be involved in the management and coordination of a variety of infrastructure related projects spanning across workstation, network, security, active directory, citrix, telephony as well as collaboration tools such as webex and MS Teams.
- Proven experience in IT project management. If possible in the management of infrastructure projects spanning across as many of the following: (workstation, network, Active Directory, Citrix, Softphonie, BCP, Cisco Webex, MS Teams, security).
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years Infrastructure Project Management experience.
- Must speak both French and English at a business level.
- Change Management knowledge.
