Our client, a rapidly growing financial institution based in Luxembourg currently requires a Transaction Management Consultant to be in charge of the private equity and real estate (PERE) transaction management. This will involve being responsible for the administration of private equity, real estate and fund of funds transactions as well as supporting this by producing complete documentation. As part of this assignment, you will need to ensure communication with the clients, other business lines and across internal departments. Ensure resolution of issues which also span across other internal departments. Ensuring client retention through service delivery and active support of client reviews as well as ensuring an efficient service to clients following the necessary processes and procedures. You will also be involved in analysing supporting documentation provided by their clients related to investment transactions in order to ensure accurate and completeness in the documentation.

Essential Skills

• Previous experience in Transaction Management / Administration of fund transactions.
• Ideally experienced in alternative investment funds – Private equity and Real estate.
• Must speak English fluently, French language skills would be an advantage.
