Senior Transfer Agent

Kepler search is currently working with a well-respected financial institution who are hiring for a Senior Transfer Agent to join them as a consultant. You will be responsible for processing investor dealing instructions, fund events and supporting client-specific projects while delivering a reliable, client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process transactions received from investors and respond to both internal and external queries.
- Assist the Transfer Agency team and business in delivering a fully reliable and client-focused service.
- Maintain accurate processing of investor dealing instructions.
- Prepare and deliver daily, monthly and ad hoc reports.
- Respond to and resolve queries from clients and investors in a timely and professional manner.
- Process and manage fund events accurately and in accordance with established procedures.
- Complete archiving of investor and client documentation, ensuring a full audit trail for subsequent retrieval participation in client-specific projects.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years experience working in Transfer Agency within the financial services.
- Fluency in English required.
- Proven working experience working with Microsoft word and Excel.
