Okta Engineer
Initial 6 month renewable mission. Ideally looking for an Immediate start date.
Based in Luxembourg. You must be willing to work onsite, 5 days per week.
Ideally the successful candidate will be eligible to work in Luxembourg. However, may be able to consider candidates that require sponsorship.
This is an urgent mission opportunity for an Okta Engineer to be responsible for supporting our clients Okta IAM system. Within this assignment, you will work closely with other IT teams to ensure that Okta is effectively integrated with our clients existing infrastructure and applications.
You will be expected to support the Okta infrastructure and applications, to conduct security assessments and to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting Okta technical issues and providing end user support. Our client is looking for an individual who is able to stay up-to- date on the latest Okta features and the security best practices.
Essential Skills
- Ideally to have completed a degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience with Okta
- Experience working with IAM technologies
- Experienced working with Active Directory and LDAP (Lightweight directory access protocol)
- Ideally skilled in cloud computing technologies such as Azure.
- Strong knowledge in networking
Additional skills
- Ideally experience working with Citrix (Xenapp/Xendesktop) and VDI
- Skilled in troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues.
- Any experience participating in design and deployment projects would be highly desirable.
- Experience working with scripting languages such as Perl, Python or Powershell.
- Knowledgeable in cloud security best practices.
