Senior Transfer Agent – Dealing

We are currently recruiting for a senior Transfer agent with dealing experience

Mission:

Process transactions received from investors and respond to both internal and external queries. Assist the team and the company in delivering a fully reliable and client-focused service.

Task Description:

Accurate processing of investor dealing instructions Production of daily, monthly, and ad hoc reporting Resolution of asset manager and investor queries Processing of fund events Complete archiving of investor and client documentation, ensuring a full audit trail for subsequent retrieval Participation in client-specific projects

Languages:

English (spoken and written) – mandatory Any other language is an advantage

IT Skills:

Microsoft Office

Strong Excel knowledge
