Kepler Search is currently supporting a large, highly reputable financial institution in the UK that is hiring a Business Analyst to work on a payments project. You will be responsible for capturing business needs, supporting testing, and creating user guides.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to gather and define business requirements, including user stories and process flows.
- Contribute to testing activities by supporting the creation and execution of test scripts.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive more efficient use of systems.
- Support operational readiness activities to ensure successful client delivery.
- Develop user friendly guides and training materials for business users.
- Deliver and support user training to drive adoption and effective system usage.
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services, with proven experience in fund administration.
- Experience working with private capital funds.
- Proven experience working on payment projects, with an understanding of SWIFT and XML payment types.
- Business Analyst or Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma are preferred.
- Experience documenting policies and procedures is considered an asset.
