Ideally looking for an immediate start date, our client can wait a maximum of a 1 month notice period.
Our client, a financial services institution is looking for a Custody client on boarding Project Manager to be in charge of managing the on boarding of new clients: Global custody, bank account services, fund order desk, depository, RMA and other related business.
As a Client On boarding Project Manager, you will be responsible for acting as a coordinator with various internal business lines to include depository, custody, treasury, account opening, custody connect support, FA/TA oversight, billing and KYC.
As part of the role, you will coordinate the various legal agreements needed and when necessary, you will update the various internal systems to prepare the on boarding. You will be responsible for the creation of the LEI for a fund as well as sharing the SSI with a new client. You will be accountable for the implementation of various fee schedules working with the billing team and to prepare and co work with staff if any internal procedures, checklists or client explanatory materials are insufficient.
Essential Skills
- Must speak English at a fluent level, any other European language skills will be considered a plus.
- Ideally a minimum of 3 – 5 years experience working in Client Service / Client onboarding roles.
- Any experience in regulatory advisory, compliance, risk management or working in an control environment will be considered an asset.
- Must have strong knowledge of operations in Custody
- Previous experience working within the fund industry.
