Kepler Search are currently working with a well respected financial institution in Luxembourg who are looking for a consultant to join their team. As a business implementation specialist, you will play an integral part in the implementation of fund events and participation in various onboarding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing of fund events (mergers, new funds, compartments).
- Ensuring proper communication with operational users regarding onboarding projects.
- Active participation in governance related to onboarding projects.
- Producing daily, weekly and monthly reports to external and internal customers.
- Training of less senior members of staff.
- Sanity checks linked to set up performed.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience working within the financial services with a focus on the private capital market.
- Experience leading onboarding projects.
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency operations.
- Technical knowledge of eFront.
- Fluent in both English and French (German is a plus).
