Kepler Search are currently hiring for multiple business implementation consultants to support a very reputable client in Luxembourg across business areas that include Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody and Fund Dealing. The projects will be to support the creation of sub-funds, fund merges, fund liquidations, fund migrations, and prospectus changes.
Key responsibilities:
- Work as a SME within the implementation department with a focus in either Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Custody or Fund Dealing.
- Oversee operational aspects for fund events for the creation of sub-funds, merges, liquidations, migrations, and prospectus changes.
- Ensure project plan and event pipelines are up to date and managed efficiently.
- Participate in project calls and meetings.
- Ensure the project is proactively mitigating high risks.
- Participate in process improvements within the business.
Skills needed:
- Operational experience within Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Fund Dealing or Custody.
- Experience managing projects for client onboarding, merges, migrations, and creation of sub-funds.
- English professionally speaking and French highly desired.
