Kepler Search is currently supporting an established financial services organisation that is looking to hire a client-focused Project Manager/Business Analyst to support the delivery of Transfer Agency projects and change initiatives. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, gathering and translating requirements and coordinating delivery across business and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Transfer Agency projects, including client onboarding, migrations, system implementations and process change.
- Act as a key client-facing contact, building strong relationships and ensuring requirements and expectations are clearly understood and managed.
- Lead requirements gathering, process mapping and gap analysis.
- Translate business and client requirements into clear functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate delivery across Transfer Agency Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance and other stakeholders.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and governance.
- Lead workshops, UAT, implementation and operational readiness activities.
- Identify issues and drive solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience, operational efficiency, controls and processes.
Key Skills Required:
- 6 years’ minimum experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst within the financial service industry.
- Strong Transfer Agency experience.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering system implementations, migrations or operational change.
