Kepler Search is currently supporting with a leading financial institution to recruit an experienced eTrading Business Analyst. This is a consulting role where you will be responsible for the key point of contact for FIX flows, ESM workflow mapping, broker onboarding, and oversee the production of Business Requirement Documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert across the end-to-end lifecycle of the FIX protocol, ensuring accurate interpretation and flow alignment.
- Produce clear and comprehensive functional specifications and documentation.
- Support incident management, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Lead the end-to-end broker onboarding and certification process, including checklist management and UAT planning/execution.
- Coordinate and engage with brokers and internal stakeholders across technology and business teams.
- Analyse failures and discrepancies using system logs and message traces, drive remediation activities, and obtain formal sign-off.
- Ensure a smooth, stable, and controlled go-live for all onboarding and change initiatives.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the financial services.
- Strong functional FIX protocol experience, particularly within buy-side eTrading environments.
- Fluent French is required; additional languages are considered an asset.
- Solid experience with broker onboarding and certification processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple internal teams.
