This includes major international markets such as Luxembourg, London, Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam and Frankfurt. Stephane Fiorini

Managing Director & Founder

Stephane has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry spending his formative years working for two large recruitment firms in London, where he developed strong skills in business development, market strategy, team building and people management. In 2012 the decision was made to setup his own company to service the Investment Funds industry. Today Stephane is mainly involved in building Kepler’s team and mentoring.

 

Outside of work he spends his time being a husband and father to two young boys, he enjoys merging spending time with the kids, with his interest in water sports and motorsport activities.

Debbie Sharp

Head of Operations

Debbie has been an integral part of the company since she joined as Team Coordinator in 2019, assisting Kepler with the back office functions of the company. She applied her experience in finance and administration to work closely with Stephane in improving and implementing the processes which allow us to deliver improved services to our contractors and clients.

 

Organisation and support work is something that comes naturally to Debbie and is something she incorporates into everyday life. When she is not working she loves spending time with her family and friends and has travelled to some amazing countries, something which she plans to continue as much as possible in the future.

Alex Bland

Delivery Consultant

Alex has been working in recruitment since 2017, with experience working across various sectors in IT, Change Management, and Business Transformation. During his time at Kepler he has built a brilliant reputation among key clients in fund administration, banking services & investment managers in private equity and real estate. Alex’s key focus is on developing relationships with clients and more importantly with contractors, by being attentive and proactive resulting in repeat collaborations on several assignments.


Alex likes to balance a hard working week with being involved in many sports in his personal time. He has played golf to a high standard, turning professional in 2015, which involved coaching for many years. He also enjoys watching football and attending matches with his family and friends.

Joe Hicks

Delivery Consultant

Joe has been working in recruitment since 2013, initially specialising in technical recruitment with over 6 years of experience in this field. During this time, Joe has built a reputation for being particularly talented in recruiting IT professionals and is highly recommended by clients and consultants due to his knowledge in this domain. Whilst working with Kepler Search, Joe’s focus has been on servicing the fund management and investment industry, placing finance professionals across the UK and European markets covering Operations, Business Transformation, Change Management and IT.

 

He prides himself on his professionalism and is respected for his personable demeanour and ability to build relationships along with his attention to detail. Joe is someone who strives in going above and beyond to ensure he is delivering the best possible service for both his clients and consultants.

 

Outside of work, Joe is a keen athlete who has an interest in football and martial arts, specifically in Muay Thai. He also enjoys spending his down time fishing and spending time with his family.

Sarah Ridley

Team Secretary

Sarah has worked in the IT recruitment industry in both contract and permanent sectors since 2005, during this time she has developed a keen expertise in back office administration. Since joining Kepler Search in 2021 Sarah has been tirelessly working to continually improve our contract care and contractor journey experience. She has also contributed to several other internal projects such as building our intranet and improving our CRM system.

 

Sarah is a proud Mum of two young girls, when she is not busy at work or looking after her daughters, she spends her time keeping fit at her local boxing gym or relaxing looking after her cats. She loves animals and volunteered in an animal rescue shelter for a year, helping with the cats who were looking for new homes.
