Head of KYC Based In Luxembourg City
Ideally looking for an immediate start however our client can wait a maximum of 3 months notice for the right candidate.
Our client a well-known financial institution are currently looking for a new member to join their team as a Head of onboarding and KYC. As Head of KYC, you will be responsible for the development of account openings for all clients, managing both the review and quality of the KYC data based upon the risk level of customers. You will need to oversee all the requests ensuring regulatory and internal controls are adhered to. Part of this role will be to over see the implementation and monitoring of KPIs for the control of activity. You will be managing a team, supporting them for the success of the client. You will be required to build and maintain relationships with key clients, as well as internal and external partners. You will be providing a key support in the client’s digital transformation, through new automation solutions and customer interfaces.
Essential skills:
- Retail banking experience.
- 10 plus years experinced in compliance KYC/ Onboarding.
- French fluent.
- Team leadership/ management experience.
- In-depth experience with Luxembourg laws.
