Stephane Fiorini
Managing Director

Stephane founded Kepler in 2012, and has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. He enjoys mentoring and building the team, and when he’s not working, you’ll find him indulging his interest in water, winter, and motorsports, as well as spending quality time with his two young sons.

Head of Operations

Debbie joined the company in 2019 and is an integral part of our team, helping to improve and implement processes which enable us to deliver the best services to our contractors and clients. She loves spending time with her family and friends and travelling to new countries.

Delivery Consultant

Alex has been in recruitment since 2017 and has worked across various sectors in IT, Change Management, and Business Transformation. At Kepler, his focus is on developing collaborative relationships with our contractors and clients. When he’s not working, you’ll find him watching or playing various sports. He’s also a former professional golfer!
